Texas Fire Department Locations To Offer Free Senior Health Services

The El Paso, Texas Fire Department and El Paso Health Department has announced that they will be providing FREE senior health medical services to seniors on specific dates this month.

The program is called “Vaccinations For Health” and will feature free flu and pneumonia vaccinations, blood pressure & glucose screenings and colorectal screening kits for seniors.

To receive the free services you must be a resident of El Paso and Hudspeth County, are over 50 years old and not have medical insurance (or are currently on Medicaid).

The El Paso Health Department hopes seniors can take advantage of the program to help increase the wellness of the community who do not have access to these services.

Here are the dates, time and locations for the services in the coming weeks:

Wednesday Nov. 4: Station 18, 7901 San Jose Rd., 1-4 p.m.
Saturday Nov. 7: Station 17, 8803 Alameda Ave., 8-11 a.m.
Tuesday Nov. 10: Station 33, 3475 Nolan Richardson Dr., 1-4 p.m.
Saturday Nov. 21: Station 19, 2405 McRae Blvd., 8-11 a.m.
Tuesday Nov. 24: Station 21, 10000 Dyer St., 1-4 p.m.
