Rose Senior Living is a private Michigan real estate development and management company.  They will officially be breaking ground on a new senior facility / senior living community on the Providence Hospital campus in Novi, Michigan at 3:30p on Wednesday, October 14th.
In attendance will be Warren Rose, CEO of Rose Senior living, City of Novi Mayor Bob Gatts and Peter Karadjoff, president of Providence Hospital.
The new facility will be over 190k square feet and will have 182 total units:  69 for independent living, 75 for assisted living and 38 for memory care.
The new state of the art facility will feature a 24-hour staff, multiple dining venues, a cafe, theater,, activity areas, a salon and extensively landscaped grounds.  In terms of staff, the new facility will employ 80 full time and 20 part time senior care professionals.
