Scooby, 14-yr-old Chow Chow

Scooby, a 14-year-old Chow Chow was forcibly taken from his elderly owner in Los Angeles this week. His elderly owner had to surrender his long time companion because he was entering an assisted living facility that did not offer extra pet care.

Scooby is currently listed for adoption in the Pet Harbor website and he even has a Facebook page. so that followers of this story can keep track of his progress.

Officials are hoping that getting Scooby’s story out in the social network they will able to find someone willing to take him in.
